Great hotel and facilities. Very clean and excelent breakfast buffet. But when we arrive at the hotel at 3:50 we had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There are two persons in the counter for a line of 18. Before the check in they told us that they'll send our baggage to the room and we wait another 30 minutes for the baggage.

I visit the island at least once a month and most of the time stay at the Embassy. I would describe my experience as a rollercoaster when it come to the hotel service. Staff is always very nice specially at the Outback. Going up the elevator my thoughts are " will I get room that stinks this time?" "Will the front desk service help me get another room if it does...?" The breakfast is really good...for the "free" cant beat that! and the Managers reception is fine. The lobby bartenders are very nice and will deliver great service when they are properly staffed. Anyways I will keep visiting the hotel since they have the only Outback Steakhouse in the island.

This was the BEST hotel stay we ever had. The staff was soo helpful and friendly. Blanca at the front desk was amazing how she arranged for our tours every day and sent us to all the right tourist spots.She was so courteous and helpful we never wanted to leave Puerto Rico!! The hotel suite was super clean and fresh and so spacious. The complimentary breakfast and evening managers reception are the ENVY of other competitor hotel guesta that we spoke to on tours they all wished they had booked at my Embassy suites Isla Verde!! The pool the fitness center the casino the food the staff the suite the location all have convinced my husband and I that it is our new home in Puerto Rico!! WE LOVE EMBASSY SUITES!!!

My boyfriend and I stay 4 nights at the hotels we enjoy our stay. the hotel staff front desk was very friendly and helpful the housekeeping was good. We totally enjoy the breakfast. Our only comment would be to have some dancing even if it just Friday and Saturday nights

This is a typical Embassy Suites hotel - two rooms, breakfast included. It is 2 blocks from the beach, and it is near a busy highway. We prepaid as a travel agency "Good Buy" which is supposed to include all fees. We checked in and checked out and our bill was as expected. Our credit card charges were over $* higher than the bill that we received on checkout - this was for a 2 night stay. On inquiry, they told us that the extra charges were for a "hotel fee." The travel agency also would not help - they said that the hotel can add "resort fees." This hotel is definitely not a resort.
